Zyliss Balloon Whisk

The Zyliss balloon whisk is made from durable stainless steel and acacia wood, making easy work of whipping up egg whites, fluffy sponge mixes and meringues.This extra large balloon is made form stainless steel which is elongated, helping to keep hand clean and stops messy working, perfect for whipping up light meringues, egg whites and fluffy sponge mixes.

Constructed from natural rustic acacia wood handle with dipped blue end and stainless steel whisk head. All of the acacia wood used throughout the Zyliss range has been responsibly sourced from sustainable forests.

To clean, hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. As with all other wooden items, these should not be cleaned in a dishwasher.
