The Emile Henry Blue Flame Large Roaster is perfect for cooking large poultry or meat such as turkey, a free range chicken or even a leg of lamb.

This roaster boasts a unique shape which ensures excellent heat diffusion during cooking, meaning meat remains tender and moist yet the skin of poultry becomes crispy.

There is no need baste the meat with this roaster, since the rounded lid naturally promotes the continuous flow of steam during cooking. Roasts meats up to 5kg.
