“The Angelic Council” is the Eastern Orthodox Church icon of the “Seven Archangels”. They are named Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Sealtiel, Barachiel and Jehudiel.
Patron of the Sacrament of Holy Orders: St Sealtiel carries an incensor, symbol of the prayers and offering of the Divine Sacrifice of the Mass, only through the actions of the ordained.
