Both the Traditional & Pure Mexican Vanillas are all natural, produced in Mexico using only the highest grade, single sourced, Mexican vanilla beans. It has a very low alcohol content (just 10%), which makes the Traditional vanilla much more versatile, and can be used for anything that calls for vanilla.
