This pizza crisper is produced from 1 mm thick carbon steel and features a series of aerating holes. It’s designed to absorb and distribute the heat produced by your oven more evenly, while its aerating holes allow it to circulate more freely. They also allow any moisture within your dough, if you’re baking fresh pizza or bruschetta, or the pre-cooked base, if you’ve pre-bought, to escape.
