Designed to provide accurate measurements in a wide temperature range from 100 to 400F/40 to 200C, this thermometer features 304 stainless steel construction for safety and long lasting durability. The bottom of the durable laboratory glass column is also enclosed in stainless steel for extra safety and to prevent it from touching hot surfaces that might cause inaccurate readings. The CDN TCG400 Candy & Deep Fry Ruler Thermometer features an 8-inch/20.3 cm color-coded scale with target range indication for candy stages and deep frying, a stay-cool plastic handle and an adjustable sliding kettle clip to secure the thermometer to any size pot.
