This colouring is made on a water basis, which means its well suited for colouring products that are more sensitive to fats or are best served dry. Its great for colouring royal icing, macarons, meringue, fondant, jellies, beverages and more!

Not only will your cakes look amazing, but Colour Mill will also help you get more colour for your money. The high concentration means you use much less than you normally would to achieve even brighter and colourful results. You only need a tiny drop at a time to build up your desired shade.

Using more drops will increase the intensity of colour and less will create softer hues. Build the colour slowly as you mix your batter to achieve your desired hue.

There are over 50 different colours to choose from, with each bottle containing 20ml.

The bottle comes with a squeeze-top dispenser lid for increased accuracy and convenience.
